The Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-I 2.0) is a leading assessment tool designed to assess emotional and social intelligence. It provides clients with a comprehensive understanding of their emotional competencies. It is a self-report instrument which is different to EQ-360 which works on the feedback from others.

What is the EQ-i 2.0 Leadership Report?

The Leadership Report covers everything from the Workplace Report but also measures you across 4 leadership dimensions: Authenticity, Coaching, Insight and Innovation. In addition, as an option a your results can be compared against top performing leaders, as a coaching benchmark for high Emotional Intelligence (EI) performance. A EQ-i2.0 360 can also be included with this report.

The report also provides important insights on the leadership and organisational implications of your results, and information on which aspects may put your leadership efforts off track. Finally the report provides strategies to help you reach your leadership potential. This report is useful for,

The results and subsequent de-brief sessions, supports the creation of an action plan to work on areas of development that builds greater emotional intelligence (EQ) and overall effectiveness.
